Early Morning Rant: So recently Ive heard comments from Tanzanian people. Waislamu nao! Insert your choice of negative comment here (wachoyo, wana roho mbaya, etc etc). The last straw was when I heard it from a child, like 8yrs old. Who obviously heard it from an older person. Now heres my thing Christian people: FOR SHAME!! For people who practice a religion of love, worshipping a God who ate with whoremongers and tax collectors, who are we to judge, worse yet TEACH OUR CHILDREN TO JUDGE?? Most of the Muslims I know are amazing people. Some are ok. Some are not nice people but thats the thing; some Christians are awesome, some arent. Religion doesnt make someone awesome or shitty. Some people judge Islam based on the al Qaeda and IS and Boko Haram people which is stupid, because those groups are weird psychopaths using religion to justify their delusions, like pastors who convince church members to light themselves on fire and priests who molest little boys. My opinion is: keep an open mind. Read the Quran. It might surprise you. And of all things, do NOT teach your children that certain people are good or bad simply because of the name they decide to call God. Love one another.
