Early Morning warm up!! 7 deep breaths (expanding stomach chin up arms/hands relaxed) 30 cross leg sit ups (3x10, or 5x6) 30 squats (3x10 or 5x6) -arms out in front of you for balance 30 jumping jacks ~ straight or break into sets if you like.. REMEMBER 3 TO 5 DEEP BREATHS BETWEEN SETS of each exercise. 40 side bends - 20 on each side - remember when you bend to the one side lift your shoulder slightly on the opposite side to really flex you waist muscles 7 deep breaths (expanding stomach chin up arms/hands relaxed) This should take less than 20 minutes... We are seeking our balance and it starts with a prayer and a clear mind.. Now lets go get some breakfast.... PEACE
