Early birds catch the coffee? Not really – 90 Plus is served after 2.00 pm here. So we had Americano and Iced Black instead, both brewed from a house blend of Brazil de Fatima and Ethiopia Konga. Liked the Americano for its soft acidity and fruity sweetness that lingered on the palate while surprised by the profound brightness and acidity shining through after a meticulous calibration by the barista, two hours after the first calibration of the day!
