Early, but good start to the day 4am and ready for the Mad Hatter Race. I arrived, I finished and learnt that Im no longer fit and that I am a bad judge of flat roads! That flat run had never seen flat in its life 2.5k of constant hill, Oh my Buddha that was hard, no breeze, no flat, too many dogs, bad lungs,bad time 40 minutes, but all good all goes to a good cause, and I am now feeling goooood :)
