Early wakeup today 3:30am BCAA drink, 60minutes on the bike.... fixed Crystals meals for the day. Then post Cardio Power juice using the power blender and juicer juice was a nutrient, protein, fiber, carbohydrate rich juice of kale leaves, broccoli leaves, cabbage leaves, tomato, celery, carrots, cucumber, garlic, jalapeño, lemon, apple, blueberries, raw Tofu, Edamame beans, Pea protein, Soymilk. Took half the greens, celery, lemon jalapeño, cucumber, tomatoes, half the apple, all the carrots and ran them thru the juicer the rest was blended for fiber and bulk. Turned out really good. Was like drinking high octane fuel lol, really half way thru felt dizzy and was spinning lol thats a sure sign you just slapped your system silly at a cellular level 😁............................ 44 gr freaking awesome muscle building protein.
