Early yesterday morning a family that were apart of the ministry lost there child to violence. A young man I knew and spent time with. In fact he reminded me of myself in many ways as a youth. I was deeply moved by this. So Today I pondered and prayed heavily on this matter. This is what I came up with. Excuse the length of this.. Every person born is a seed. Every person born will eventually expire.. The season of expiration is beyond us. The times of death are outside of our control. This is a truth, apart of life that all will experience.. All of our loved ones and friends are given to us on lease or as a loan. We dont actually own anything on earth not even yourself... Science now know that everything that exist was brought forth by intelligent design. Even though some try to hide this fact of life. Because intelligent design eludes to the truth there is a Designer.. The Designer places in us what kind of fruit we are. As seed we must die in order for tree to bear fruit. All over the USA our children are being assinated by evil.. Yes we mourn, we cry, we experience unexplainable grief, pain and confusion! The question becomes why? Why my child? Why lord why? What did I do or didnt do? Well remember they were simply a seed! The bible says except a seed fall into the ground it cannot bear forth fruit. Yes you will miss those seeds. You must mourn those seeds. You will go through the darkest times, frustrating, depressed, miserable, dark season, feeling hopeless, even just plain blank! But let us not be so deep in hurt and pain of the lost that we miss the purpose, the tree and the fruit that it bears.. It is my prayer that we see and discover the tree and its fruit of our children lost violence.. That it brings us together as family and friends to discover the fruit, it lessons and message. To every parent that lost a child suddenly, to violence, sickness, incidents beyond your control, look for the peace of the Designer that will surpass your natural understandings.. And after you have mourned, we are now obligated to find the tree and the fruit that it bears..It is my sincere prayer that we discover the fruit of our fallen children that there lives be not in vain!!
