Easter Memories Written by me for Crystal and Chris. I love you both! Gone are the days of little white hats, tiny gloves, pink bow ties and pale blue shirts. Gone are the days of waking to that surprise from the Easter Bunny and having sugar before breakfast. Gone are the days of rushing to get to church and holding swinging legs sill during the morning service. Gone are the days trying to keep that bow tie on and gloves white just till we get to Grandmamas and Grandaddys so they can see how cute you are. Gone are family Easter dinners, posing one more time for a picture, the naps in my lap with chocolate faces. Gone are the egg hunts where the last egg is in Pawpaws pocket. Gone is not the feeling I have when I remember these times! We are spread apart to different places, but those childhood memories keep you close. Now we are making new memories that will continue to fill my heart when Im missing you! Gone will never be my love for you and the memories that will forever be in my heart!
