Easy Strawberry Cake 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Follow instructions on box mix make batter and pour into 2 ( 9 in. ) greased and floured cake pans. Bake for 20 min. Tooth pick inserted to see if the cake is done. Comes out clean remove cake let rest 15 min remove from pans to cooling racks let completely cool. Frosting; 7 c. powder sugar 8 oz. cream cheese softened ¼ c. butter softened 1 tsp vanilla flavoring ½ c. fresh sliced strawberries for garnish. 3 lg. whole chocolate dipped Strawberries to go in the center of cake for decoration. Mix cream cheese, butter and flavoring then gradually blend in powder sugar mixing well. Frost sides then the top of cake last. Place chocolate dipped strawberries center of cake and border the edges of you cake with fresh sliced strawberries. Enjoy.
