Easy exercises to correct headaches utilizing your EYES! On your back in a resting position, we will do 4 different directions with eye movements. 1. Both eyes left, BACK TO CENTER Both eyes right 3x 2. Both eyes down toward your feet, BACK TO CENTER, eyes straight up into your forehead upper skull 3x 3. Now eyes diagonally down to the right, BACK TO CENTER, then reach eyes up diagonally to the left 3x 4. Now the opposite diagonal pattern eyes down to the left, BACK TO CENTER, then reach eyes up diagonally to the right 3x Work EASY on these eye exercises. They can release the tension in the upper part of the neck near your skull.
