Eat chicken (and fish if you like it. Me. Ugh). Drink a ton of water. Like gallons. Besides a million other benefits, it pushes sodium out which makes you retain water weight. Dont eat late at night, unless Taco Bell calls your name every once in awhile. Jesus understands. Get your heart rate up. Lift weights. And keep doing it. Thats all I got today folks...unless my kid does something cute...
