Eavening Everyone well thats almost another stock car season over and done with and what a special one its been.Thanks to HRP we managed to bring back some of stock car racings greatest legends from the 60s 70s & 80s. And when you look at the pictures on this page the smiles say it all and I am sure Ian & alison will agree with me thats what made all the hard work so worthwhile. And I do beleve some of the legends are still on a high.My main reason for writing this wee piece is to thank three gentelmen Ian Fraser Frank Love & Gordon (mad jock) McDougall for all there help leading up to legends day Frank gave us the photos that had Some of the legends that are no longer with us and they were a fitting tribute thanks Frank and Gordon for letting us have access to the near 100,000 photos that the late Jimmy Fyffe had taken thank you Gordon and last but not least Ian Fraser firstly for doing the quiz questions for us and mainly for helping get Gordon (spotty)McDougall to come to legends day and as you can see from the photos Spotty enjoyed himself thanks Ian and last but not least ALL you good folk out there that kept Ian,Alison & Myself going with this thank you so much for the support you gave us and of course the LEGENDS themselves who without there support this event would not have got of the ground to all legends that turned up thank you and for those that couldnt for whatever reason you missed a great historic day So enjoy whats left of the stock car season and hope to meet up with you at the racing cheers Willie
