This will cut down your expense, maximize your profit, lower your debt, increase your GDP, increase investment, more cash in the bank, and a better financial stability. Accelerate in infrastructure. In healthcare, join a partnership with some of the best hospitals around the world. Like India, United States, China, Japan, Cuba, and Venezuela, that produce some of the best doctors. Join a partnership, create a budget, by cutting somewhere, fill in the bill. This will decrease health care risk. You will have some of the best doctors in your country. Join a partnership with with some of the top universities. Upgrade the educational system into the 21 century. This will also allow your nation to be much more competitive, and they can also work around the world. They will be equip with the same advance education that is taught internationally. Flip the bill. Rebuild every High School and put in advance technologies, and put in lunch, and after schools programs. Change the school curriculum. Ask some of the billionaires to sponsor or partnership with your nation in building your schools, and name it after them. Build a technical schools as well. Increase the salaries in nursing, engineers, teachers, and doctors. Increase in salaries must be base on merits, hard-work, experience, and education. They have to earn their strip, and not expect it. This will encourage more people to challenge themselves in the science and technology area. Nurses starting salaries- 2000 dollars a month, with a 500 dollars bonus, and increase base on merit and education. Doctors starting salaries, 3-5000 dollars a month, and a 1500 hundred dollars a month bonus, base on the advancement in medical field. Increase base on merits, and experience.
