Ed and I had a nice weekend. The 4th was a very quiet day spent doing nothing much, a little cooking, eating and vegging. Friday, we bought new tires for the van. They had a deal at Tire Barn where you buy the 4 tires, then you get 2 tickets to the Colts Pre-Season game with the Browns or the Bills. Of course Ed took the Browns and told the man at the counter, "You just said the magic words!" In addition, we were able to get in on a 12 month same as cash deal for the tires. Nice! Saturday and Sunday were work outside weeding, mowing and Weed and Feed days. Thank goodness it rained overnight to help with the Weed and Feed. We also heard from Neighbor Ben. He was able to call us for a couple minutes to talk. He is beginning Week 8, 2 more weeks to go!
