Ed has had to become a vegetarian after his surgery, not by choice, but because his stomach does not tolerate meat. There are a lot of foods he no longer tolerates. He drinks a lot of processed juice and drinks. He can only eat small amounts at a time and I have worried that he does not have an adequate source of vit/minerals. We had thought of juicing for quite a while, but I didnt like the idea of concentrating the natural sugars. So I did a little research and discovered the difference between Vitamix and NutriBullet. Discovering that the fiber is not lost in the NutriBullet, I bought one for Ed for his birthday. The maiden voyage was tonight.....with good results. I can see a lot of experimenting in the future. So glad for all of your shares and stories. It is very encouraging.
