Edit: Things that will come up. * I do off grid power installations * I own a drilling rig for wells * My zoning isnt the same as your zoning where you live * Laws will be followed, regulations will be followed. * Yes I have a lawyer * Yes I have an insurance agent * What Im after is not legal advice, insurance advice or zoning advice from the internet. I have the option to double my land. This definitely allows me to possibly create a small community as Ill have about 21 acres. Some thoughts on this are as follows, would people be interested, would my rules be too much? (funny as Im an anarchist but also realize I have to protect myself) Thoughts would be handy. * Ill allow a small or RV style home (no actual trailer houses) * No building a permanent house * Everyone must work, if you dont help with chickens you get no eggs for example * No hard drug use, sales or parties based on that * Just be cool * If youre stupidly religious dont bring that out on anyone else around * Want electricity? Generate it yourself, or pay me to import and build a larger power plant as I do that on the side but am not made of money. * Want septic, pay for the permits and get it done, I do composting toilets * Person is not paying for a chunk of land, but the right to live there with the rules in place to make certain my land cannot be taken from me by the government or due to illegal activity. Do you think people would be interested in something of that nature? Sure I own the land and I paid for it. Doesnt mean I am gonna let just anyone live there for a free ride.
