Editorial? I do not find climate change all that interesting but after reading 1000s of posts on the articles, I have seen people that write intelligent thoughts and those that generally have no idea beyond a few well-worn idiot posts. I was appalled last year to see people in my old career field (Bioenvironmental Engineering) write garbage about this and they have the training to know better This is a great summary of some of the typical climate change deniers bullsh*t (from: keme03 in reply to a ___: These natural forcings are not included in the Climate models, neither is the Sun. Quick! I bet if you hurry, you can tell those silly scientists that they plum forgot about the sun! Look at WUWT for a sceptical view. The sceptical view: It hasnt warmed in 15 years. No, make it 16. Or is it 17? Wait, how many years ago was 1998? Actually, its warming but its from cosmic rays. No, the warming is from CO2 but no need to worry because there is little sensitivity. Oh wait, its actually cooling. Um, no its flat. Nothing happening. No, its warming and its the sun. The entire solar system is heating up. Its UHI!!! The Arctic is melting but so what? Greenland was once green, you know. Plants love CO2! No, scrap that. Its not warming. The scientists of the world are fudging the data. Theyre all under the spell of Al Gore who has a big house and and a pool so that means global warming is a hoax. There isnt one peer-reviewed paper that conclusively points to man-made climate change. No, wait, there are thousands of papers, but theyre all filled with BS by grant-siphoning commie scientists.
