Editorial Note: The article contains graphic and explicit images of violence committed by Israel and of the child victim. According to western standards of media ethics these images should not be published. However, the results of a 2004 study on the correlation between the readiness to tolerate politically motivated violence, the presence or lack of explicit images, and the feeling of personal relatedness I conducted with national and international students at Lund and Copenhagen university clearly shows that these ethical standards are counter productive with regard to bringing justice to victims of politically motivated violence. I am therefore publishing the article on nsnbc, unedited and including all images, and advise reader discretion. I sincerely hope that this article elicits the systematic state terrorism committed by Israel and that it helps establishing a sense of proportion with regard to the threat of so-called Palestinian terrorism against Israel.
