Educating the people and making them aware of water conservation could have been an option???? I mean Ireland is not exactly lacking in water!! In Northern Cyprus where there has been a serious lack of water we have never been without it and we only pay about £8 a month and it doesnt really increase......We dont want meters. Enda ye EEjit! We must all make a stanse!! If we have to pay a household charge then no more!!
