Education is one of the important aspect in life! Without education, life is challenging! There is one major challenge that many persons with disabilities #PWDs in NEP is facing for them to come out and strengthen their constitutional rights! Thats stigmatization. Stigmatization is a set of negative and often unfair beliefs that a society or group of people have about something. Because there are Many persons with Disabilities including short stature persons who are being hidden at homes due to stigmatization and other environmental barriers that challenge them for not coming out and achieving their dreams! Parents of those people are also ignorant to overcome such challenges. Since the new constitutional has clearly stated the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in Chapter 4 article 54, still Nothing has been achieved for them to realize fruits of Devolution. We have very many local medias in NEP who have very many different kinds of programs everyday but I never heard them talking about this issues. Who should be responsible to eradicate this challenge and make persons with Disabilities to achieve their constitutional rights? Leaders, parents, civil society, Medias, govt, NGOs etc..... Kindly let everyone discuss this issues and come up with resolutions on how Persons with Disabilities in NEP can achieve their constitutional rights.
