Education leaders of Today Education has change the face of the world and it can bring light in many of the thousands people across the globe. I have been to Nagri, a small tribal dominated place of Dhamtari district of Chhattisgarh and spent a day with Pandri Pani a primary school which exhibits that how community can contribute in developing a school and play a crucial role in the education system. A school -which not only draws children from other villages , but how the community contributes to the school in all level – by rendering free services in building up the school, providing free stationeries, books , computers ..and all these coming up from the people , community who are people with very low income but have great value for education and want that their children gets the best of education. All the school management members came for the meet, including women and all voiced one single thought—we all are committed for the welfare of our village students –through education—Great thoughts –great involvements –salute to all this” Education leaders “– most of them illiterate yet so educated . For me they are Change managers – who can really bring Change – though education and the beginning has begun.. I contributed my share of contribution ..not as teacher educator , not as teacher—I became the part of their community- did what they do..something has to be leave for imagination…………….
