Effective immediately, there will be some changes to this group that you should know about. First of all, the group will now have an active administrator! This is something Ive been pushing for and am happy to say that the day has come! There will also be some changes to the policies of this group. Nothing major, just a few adjustments designed to turn this group around and back into what it used to be before a few nutjobs decided to make it their personal platform to sell crap, promote their own agenda and otherwise act in a selfish manner. First of all, the people responsible for turning this group into a flea market and political soapbox will be removed immediately! Secondly, their posts will go with them. So....if you read this message and then suddenly cant find this group anymore, you know why! In a nutshell, here are the rules: No discussions about race, politics,religion. No self-promoting or advertising; networking, yard sales, hard luck stories, soliciting for money, fund raisers, lost dogs, missing people and/or long lost friend searches.There are plenty of other old Vegas groups which specialize in that sort of thing. Avoid questions that may lead to confrontation in your posts and DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT POSTING SOME SPAM!! IN ADDITION...watch your language when posting or commenting on a post! This is a public group with members from all age groups and walks of life and you should be able to express yourself without using swear words and profanity! If you do see some of the things mentioned above, please click on the check mark in the upper right corner of the post and select Report to Admin. Well take care of it, THANKS! BTW, I cant possibly cover each and every little infraction that is or isnt permitted! Just use some common sense and be considerate to others and everything should flow smoothly! I sincerely hope that the new rules will be tolerated by the membership and hope that everyone has a good time reminiscing.
