Egalitarian Community: This is the first installment, as the basis for the vision is that of an Egalitarian Community. In basic terms, Egalitarian means "everything is equal"...people, race, religion, profession, creatures, everything....There are no leaders. There is no government. All jobs are created equal and all participants give an equal effort. All decisions are consensus and made in a truly democratic way. .....what this really means, is we need people who can work together and understand that it is as important to cook dinner, as it is to teach a child, as it is to earn the bacon, as it is to plow the field. And no job is too important or more worthy, as no people are too important or more entitled. The social ramifications of this are THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THE WHOLE COMMUNITY. Its easy to build houses, plant crops, etc. It takes effort, intelligence and the right outlook to make things happen, get along well and work in a true concensus environment. I will spend a lot of time on this, as the core group MUST share similars views, dreams, hopes and, of course, effort to make this happen
