Eggless 1 minute nutella brownie/ cookie I am not a big fan of making baked goodies in the microwave .. Tested a lot of recipes but none even come close to the actual baked ones. Some come out rubbery, some crumbly, some uncooked.. But this one is such a keeper .. Nutella brownies/Cookies .. 60 secs in the microwave .. Perfect texture and taste.. Hands down the best (quick) recipe I have come across till date.. When warm.. Tastes like brownie . Once cooled Perfect hand held intact moist cookie . And its EGGLESS too :) MICROWAVE NUTELLA COOKIE YIELD: 1 big Brownie/ cookie TIME: 4 minutes prep COOK TIME: 1 minute INGREDIENTS: 1 tbsp butter, melted 1 tbsp Nutella 3 tbsp all purpose flour 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp thick yogurt 1 tbsp chocolate chips DIRECTIONS: 1. Line a large plate with parchment paper (The parchment paper will keep the cookie from sticking. You need a large plate to keep the cookie stable and to let it spread as it will spread out quite a bit.) Melt butter in a small bowl or mug. Add in remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix with a spoon until batter is smooth. 2. Using a spoon , scrape cookie into a big lump into the middle of large plate lined with parchment paper. The dough will be wet and sticky so try to handle only with the spatula. Slightly shape the cookie dough so it is evenly spread and round. Drop chocolate chips on surface. 3. Cook for 50 secs to 1 minute(dont cook for longer as it will overcook the cookie). Let cookie cool for a few minutes before eating. I am really impatient .. So made 2 of these.. One had it warm as brownie. Let it cool for 30 mins or pop in d fridge.. And u will have nice hand held chewy cookie. Enjoy!!
