Eight days later, 2 surgeries in 2 days, numerous tests, and a diagnosis of having contracted flesh eating bacteria, Im still hanging out in the hospital. :( Have had to cancel 2 vacations. Recovery time is very long including an initial 8 week at home IV isolation with visits from home health. Even with great insurance, cost of meds to heal is very steep. Am depressed just thinking about it. However, the Lord has decided it wasnt time for me to go home yet and for that, I give thanks. Please continue to pray for healing, strength and the reminder that every day there is something to be thankful for. Thankful for all the support from family and friends. Love you all.
