Eight months old Ekori lodge at Mamuno at owned by BDC at the exit point to Namibia. Buildings, gardens and furniture grandeur by contemporary standards. A place one would want to visit just through a glimpse of pictures. There is, however, a lot that would turn you away; the service is not even 1 star. Maybe half a star. The rooms are filthy pervaded by dust, invaded all insects, spiders leading the pack with their webs. The bath tubs lined with hairs similar to the ones one would be in trouble if the spouse would find in the linen, comb and tub on her return from her short respite. Customer service standards are apalling. If you complain everyone is at a loss. It a matter of months just before these magnificent buildings are run down! The wonder whats the fuss. BDC up your game. Hand over this beautiful place to people serious in hospitality industry. Se tshamekeleng mo madirelong!
