Eisteddfod entry: redacted recipe, edible haggis or socially acceptable haggis No offal, and artificial (collagen) casings. Used beef and pork (lamb is out of season!) Red onion Garlic Oatmeal Spices (I will be adjusting to taste, next batch!) Boiled for three hours in salted water. Verdict: tasty, and a definite repeat, verified by an outside source, who doesnt care for weird foods. (I had to list ingredients, and call it sausage. It got called haggis AFTER she said she liked it!)
