Eksena sa isang store kanina... I was so irate because of waiting for more than an hour just for an inquiry... I called for the supervisor to ask if it really takes more than an hour just for an inquiry... She said sorry kasi there were lots of customers daw and everyone was working naman daw, sana kung wala daw silang ginagawa... Then I asked if there was no dedicated line solely for inquiries... Ang sagot ni ate mo, Sir dedicated naman po silang lahat. Di ko alam kung maiirita ako or matatawa ako kay ate, hindi niya maintindihan yung ibig kong sabihin sa dedicated. Epic fail ka ate... :P
