Myself along with 2 other missionaries, Elder Maclaughlin (from Alpine Utah) and Elder Blake (from Las Vegas), that were on the same flight as me are companions. This country is so beautiful, its very green and the city is unlike any ive ever seen. The car ride to the MTC was pretty long( about 2 hrs). As soon as we got to the MTC (CTM here in Brazil) we went through an orientaion, had lunch, went to our first class... almost all of which was in portugese, then we had a faux investigator and had the opprotunity to teach her. It was scary, my heart was racing the whole time, and I only spoke a little bit because it was hard to figure out what to say.
