Elders always say respect your elder but they also say you get what you give ND younger people always say I will respect you when you respect me or said again, you get what you give most commonly between both the elder and younger generations I hear why respect you when you dont respect me? All this talk about wanting respect, deserving respect, giving respect. this generation, that generation. It shouldnt be about who is older, it shouldnt be about how big or small you are... but who wants to give respect only to be treated like dirt? If we all just stfu and live a life of respect, we wouldnt have these arguments. Today an older lady on the bus told me I needed to respect her and move out of her way. I said I dont need to.. but I will. And in that moment, her face changed and she became a different person. One simple sentence. . Thats all.. thats it. Not hard. Giver a shot. :) 😏✌
