Election Commission of India(ECI) has requested Gitam University to send student volunteers for helping them in the coming elections. ECI wants to facilitate the monitoring of the elections through internet to all the citizens of INDIA. DOSA requested Vivaann members to volunteer. Any Gitam student can participate in this event. 1. The election dates on which the volunteers should work are on 6th and 7th of May. 2. Only boys can participate in this. 3. All the volunteers must bring Laptops on those days. 4. The transport cost, food, refreshments are all taken care by ECI. 5. Rs1000 is paid to the students after the end of those 2 days. 6. Every volunteer will get a certification of service. 7. All the volunteers will be provided with postal balet and can also vote. I request all those students who are interested to volunteer for this event to mail their name,address, mail id and phone number to me(Krishna) before 10AM tomorrow(12/4/2013).
