Election Day! Three elections are placed at the forefront of political discussion on this November morning. The first is the New Jersey Gubernatorial election between incumbent Governor Chris Christie and Democratic challenger Barbara Buono. This race is viewed to be a landslide as voting booths open up around New Jerseys cities and port towns with some analysts even going as far as saying that the Chris Christie for President campaign begins tomorrow. The second, and arguably most important, election is the Virginia Gubernatorial election pitting Clinton liberal Democrat and Obamacare supporter Terry McAuliffe against Tea Party conservative Republican and anti-Obamacare advocate Ken Cuccenelli, the Virginia State Attorney General. This race is widely considered to be very important to the 2014 midterm elections as it pits pro-Obamacare against anti-Obamacare. The third election is an Alabama Republican run-off for a Congressional seat: Republican establishment candidate Bradley Byrne vs Tea Party Republican Dean Young. This election is also considered important to the 2014 midterms.These two are important because Tea Party victories in these elections will give more Tea Party conservative candidates momentum into 2014.
