Election Day Tidbit from San Francisco. Only 3 requirements: 1) Live in City/County of San Francisco; 2) At least 18 years old; 3) Not currently in jail. Automatic registration when obtaining a Drivers License or CA Identification Card. To vote: NO IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED. All voters receive a ballot in the mail and 53% reply by mail...leaving polling places eerily quiet on election day. A major effort is taking place that by 2016, majority of voting will take place online, similar to online banking. Proving that this 87% of the population that identifies as Democrats are completely out of control with this everyone should have equal access to voting AND be encouraged to vote ridiculous hegemony.
