Electric steak dinner: In electric skillet, layer sliced onions,place seven steak atop this layer. Next,cut red potatoes into slices,place atop steak. NEXT chop celery and carrots,place atop this.Atop this,...chopped cilantro and chopped garlic. Add two table spoons liquid smoke,worsteshire scauce,and spices to taste.(I chose garlic powder,blakk pepper,creole seasoning,sage,crushed red pepper,powder red pepper). Cook on High until onions singe. Lower heat to med. Add water,two cups,cook until potatoes appear tender. Scrape beneath onions and Toss,from bottem to top. Cook on Slo-low until desired texture.
