Elemental Earth Celebrations 2014 - practical workshops celebrating the seasons - Lammas - Saturday 9th August 2014 At this time of the year the Earth is yielding the first fruits and nuts. In the heat of summer our thoughts turn to gathering stores for winter. This workshop, based on abundance and gratitude, is a celebration of growth, our personal harvest and the seeds we choose to nurture through to the next season. We will create medicine bags to store our treasure. Drawing on a deep connection with the land, local plants, craftwork and ritual each workshop takes place around the time of one of the Cross Quarter Festivals, which fall at seasonal peaks. Guided by the seasonal energy we will work with ritual and creativity for change for ourselves and the Earth.
