Eli Roth presents THE STRANGER On the eve of Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas, a new trailer for The Stranger. Hailing from filmmaker Guillermo Amoedo (making his feature directorial debut), the film is presented by Eli Roth. Amoedo’s ties to Roth include co-penning his upcoming film Knock Knock and The Green Inferno). Also in the mix? Aftershock‘s Nicolas Lopez, who is on board as an executive producer. The trio have carved out a nice spot on the horror scene and they’ve been operating out of Chile. A summary culled from the Fantastic Fest guide tells us The Stranger concerns “a mysterious man returns to his home after sixteen years, which jumpstarts a bizarre and deadly chain of events.”
