Elizabeth came home today from her first day of new classes and told me she liked them and had a good day. I was SO happy and relieved...then I read the daily communication report and said she had some humming and a bit of hiding today....early in the morning. So I talked with Elizabeth and she said Well lets just forget about that to which I said I cant forget about it, because you need to remember to talk about how you are feeling and also that humming and hiding usually tells me you are nervous or have anxiety She told me that she was not anxious and I guess I need to remember no hiding, no humming Elizabeth ...and yes she does use her own name in these types of conversations...kind of like telling herself what to do. Usually I smile but today I was a bit too focused. ANYWAY, she truly told me the day was good. So I am now trying to get past this feeling of nerves that I have. I dont want her to feel my nervousness so I need to see the good of the day. Also, Thank you all for the beautiful thoughts yesterday. I need to tell everyone that years ago, I did not have this kind of support and understanding due both to how many years ago we started our journey and how completely focused I felt I needed to be for Elizabeth, so to share our stories, trials and successes daily and to feel your understanding and support is truly and amazing and wonderful....so thank you all again.
