Ellie and Karen had a smooth and fabulous flight in the chopper. (Thanks to Uncle Kevin for the photo of Ellie getting wrapped up for transfer.) Rolf and Karen have accommodation provided just 5 minutes nearby and they can be with Ellie any time they like, but no sleeping in her room. Also no talking on cellphones, just silent texting. They want to thank everyone again for their prayers for a bed at Starship, the helicopter trip and awesome pain relief down there. Also tonight, at the Dargaville Town Hall, was Dargaville Primary Schools Grammys performance night, packed out as per usual. In the foyer were all the classes artworks on display so I took a picture of Ellies one. The last picture is of DPS receptionist Kiri Fitness selling tickets to the beautiful basket of goodies, in aid of Ellie. And see, Ellie, although most people had cash, your Uncle Kevin provided payment by credit card too!! I know youll be giggling when you see that!
