ElliptiGO Induction Sunday 21st September-12.30-1.30pm Introducing the ElliptiGO, the worlds first outdoor elliptical bicycle. The ElliptiGO elliptical bike is designed to emulate the experience of running while eliminating the impact. By improving the elliptical trainer motion to better replicate running and then putting it on the road, the ElliptiGO has become one of the cross-training tools of choice for dozens of professional athletes. Its perfect for healthy runners who want to increase mileage through cross-training, injured runners who are looking to experience running again, and fitness enthusiasts who want to get out of the gym. vimeo/62197852 The induction will involve being taught the basic handling of the ElliptiGO. Once you have completed this induction and you have been signed off you can come and hire an ElliptiGO from us at any time subject to availability of the ElliptiGOs and the Road Circuit here at Cyclopark. The cost for hiring the ElliptiGO and helmet is £6.00. You must be over 16 years of age and have some basic bike handling skills. The session will be limited to 7 people and booking will be required.
