Elmira/Horseheads need to gather up some funds and put huge bulletin boards on the side of lake road that say 40mph in huge letters/numbers.Every single day Im stuck behind someone going 28-30mph. Ive had to resort to swerving back and forth and laying on my horn to get people to go faster (might not be the safest choice?) If you feel unsafe going 40mph, you should just surrender your license immediately. Until then, dont be surprised if my face shows up on mobile patrol.
