Elsipogtog ration rates have not increased since 1991, that is 23 years of no increase, yet just in 2010 to 2011 food increased 5.74% in New Brunswick and increased 4.3% Nationally. Based on what the federal government is saying the social development budget increases at 2% annually, if that is the case then why did the ration rates not increase? If a 2% increase was applied annually since 1991 then if your ration is $80.00 then it should be $126.00, if your are getting $92.00 then you should get $145.00, if you get $126.00 then you should get $199.00 and if you get $132.00 then you should get $208.00.
