Email I sent Carlisle United yesterday to apply for the Assistant ground persons position Hi Suzanne I would like to apply for the position of assistant grounds person. I have absolutely no knowledge of ground keeping or maintaining a stadium however I dont think this matters as I know what the issues are. 1.There appears to be far too much manure being produced by those in blue shirts during football matches, this must stop immediately as its causing an awful smell for supporters and they cannot see the football properly. 2.Again the same issue applies to the training pitches as it appears the manager has a verbal manure issue and this is causing the players to be infected with awful footballer syndrome and this has a knock on effect for the main pitch. 3.Having attended matches in the main stand we could do with a complete clean up in the directors box section by cleaning out the rubbish in there and having a much fresher appeal. I can also walk around the ground on match days, like a certain person already, and look important while doing absolutely nothing. Many kind regards Richard Mullen Looking forward to the interview
