Embarrassing moment # 1247- I got a juicy jumbo sausage and egg burrito before driving to San Angelo this morning. It was a little messy and some grease dripped on my shirt. Since the Adoption Day is a semi dressy affair, I didt want to look like a slob. So I stopped at Walmart and bought another shirt. I changed in the car and was good to go. I arrived at the National Adoption Day Celebration and found Kristi Petteway who was adopting CC. Half way through the ceremony, a man leaned over and said your tag is on your shirt. I thought, oh, crap. Its probably one of those small stickers I forgot to pull off. I looked down and a 6 inch tag that said George was dangling from my underarm. I yanked it off and saw the man laughing. I just hope he was the only one who noticed!
