Eminem ? The hottest rapper in the world From his humble beginnings growing up in St. Joseph, Missouri Marshall Mathers III better known as rap superstar Eminem seemed destined to become one of the hottest rappers the world has ever seen. From the brilliance of Eminem`s rap songs and Eminem music videos to his slick rhymes Eminem is every inch the global rap superstar. But it wasn’t all easy for the young Eminem who had to battle his way to stardom by appearing in various rap battles with fellow Mc`s around Detroit. Eminem`s debut album “The Slim Shady LP” spawned the hit Eminem songs “My Name Is” and “Guilty Conscience” featuring the songs producer Dr. Dre. Both of these hot rap songs were accompanied by two of the hottest Eminem music videos to date which helped turn Eminem into a global rap superstar overnight and one of the hottest rap videos and music artists in the USA. With the success of his debut album Eminem then released his second major studio album entitled “The Marshall Mathers LP” in March 2000. This album sold an incredible 1.76 million copies in its very first week of release which is phenomenal by anyone`s standards but particularly for a rap artist releasing his second studio album. Eminem”s “Encore” album was also a smash hit spawning the hit Eminem songs “Just Lose It”, “Toy Soldiers” and “Encore” featuring fellow rap superstars 50 Cent and Dr. Dre and more stunning Eminem music videos helping Eminem`s album “Encore” sell over 11 million copies worldwide. Eminem then took a break from the music business for three years until 2008`s “Relapse” album to deal with some well documented drug addiction problems relating to prescription medications. Eminem`s “Relapse” album was to mark a comeback for the talented rap superstar and it spawned the hit Eminem songs “Crack A Bottle” featuring Dr. Dre and 50 Cent and “We Made You”. Once again these hot Eminem rap songs were accompanied by two more stylish Eminem music videos helping Eminem`s “Relapse” album to sell over two million copies in the USA alone and over 600, 000 copies in its very first week. Eminem then released his classic album “Recovery” on June 18th 2010. This album was to mark a major comeback for the rap superstar spawning the hit Eminem songs “Not Afraid”, the anthemic “Love The Way You Lie” featuring R&B star Rihanna and the hot rap song “No Love” featuring rap superstar Lil Wayne. And once again all of these incredible Eminem songs were accompanied by stunning Eminem music videos. This album became the sixth consecutive number one album from Eminem and has sold over 2.8 million copies to date justifying Eminem’s label as the hottest rapper in the world today.
