Emma, Hawaiian green sea turtle, gave her all to lay her last nest. The nest was watched carefully and anxiously over the next 74 days. At one point, there was little hope for a successful hatch. But a great ending, as the hatchlings emerged and began their race to the waters edge! With the help of volunteers in a Share the Beach program, all of the 43 hatchlings made it successfully to sea. So, Emma will live on :)
