Emma and I spent the first night of our vacation week in Tampa. We went to see the Rascal Flatts concert! It was amazing. We had just a little rain but then it turned out to be a perfect evening. The evening turned into a dedication to a young girl named Taylor who could not make the concert due to having Chemo treatments yesterday. The group went to the hospital to visit the young girl yesterday! The lead singer of the group wore her shirt which of course we all recognized the large Gold Ribbon on his shirt the second we saw it! Medical update.....Emma will be visiting a Renal specialist when we get back for further evaluation of her decreased magnesium. Dr. G and Michelle would like for this to be investigated since Emma has not received chemo in 3 months and her magnesium is still not normal. Emma is going to start back on 3 pills 3 times a day of magnesium supplement. Emma is not very fond of this supplement but she understands the importance of why she must do this. The audiology group called and Emma will be having her hearing tested when we get back. We leave tomorrow for our awesome MAW! So blessed and excited! We will post tomorrow on the ship and then we will be turning off phones and computers for the rest of the trip. Please continue prayers for Yellow for Ethan and Nick along with all the other kids fighting this horrible disease! Love to all and thank you for the prayers and support.
