Empaths feel the vibrations of others. Empaths resonate. For me each person I meet is like a song, full of different vibrations, thanks to the honest feedback from some dear friends over the last 18 months I have been able to identify that I can sense multiple layers and am adept at sensing deep unconscious patterns in others, what this means is I am aware of something in them that they arent yet aware of. This has caused me huge trouble in days gone by because I was innocently pointing things out to people that seemed 100% obvious to me when they had NO conscious awareness / clue about what I was talking about. :-/ The problem with being an Empath and not knowing this is you are instinctively focused on others. You sense and interpret vibrations naturally. Its easy for you so you are more aware of anothers emotional state. You are naturally drawn to the other or others. Groups can be a blessing or a curse because you are acutely aware of the lower vibration dramas playing out as well as the group bond and connection. Because of this expanded awareness what it actually means is an Empath is someone who never learnt to practice their own vibration and just sort of goes along. The solution is; it is IMPERATIVE that once you identify yourself as a high sensor; that you commit to strengthening your own vibrational field with what you want and how you want to feel. It is a wise one who is able to separate the physical reality from the emotional manifestations, moving forward having control of the emotional manifestations you prefer. What this means is you become a steady constant higher vibrational offering (because lets face it all Empaths are happiest at the high vibe) and have the ability to sense other peoples vibrational offerings. Without, their vibrations knocking you sideways any longer. You will gain proficiency at registering their vibrational messages while holding your vibration steady thus offering them the opportunity to resonate with your vibration as well. :D
