Accurately data enters all appropriate information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems. ·Follows extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions. In a timely manner, accurately schedules eligibility appointments to appropriate state office. Meets individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management. ·Attends and successfully completes job related and industry specific systems and policy training as required to perform the duties of the position. Reviews and analyzes discrepancies in data received, requests clarification and effectively raises queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions that arise from executing the task. ·Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Candidate must have reliable transportation, auto insurance in accordance with The State of Texas requirements, and a valid Texas state driver’s license. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Education: · High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is a minimum requirement. Bachelor’s degree in social work preferred.
