Empty tins make the loudest noise. I have seen alot of posts criticising some modeling agencies. Suprisingly, I havent seen any successful and top models in Uganda comment on such posts despite the fact that they have been tagged. Only those who have really tried to become models and failed are the ones making noise because they have failed to except the fact that they are not good or maybe they are not what they are looking for at that particular moment. I would like to emphasize a point that no modelling agency in Uganda has got the capability to sign up a model. Because they dont enough resources to retain them. That is a fact, however, when certain projects come, agencies can sign up models for that particular project..... Owh.. before I forget, for a modelling agency to operate, it should have a license to operate, so I advise aspiring moments to demand a certificate of registration to operate before they think of joining them. I would also want to make another clear.. Agencies are not supposed to ask any fees from aspiring model unless and I repeat unless, this fee is in favour of the model in one way or the other.. Just a piece of advise to those who have failed to make it, dont beef agencies, either give up and except the fact that you are not fit for the industry or keep trying...
