Ending the Ego’s Game of Self-Judgment How much time and energy have we sacrificed to self-judgment? And what has self-judgment ever done for us in return? Today let us recall the irrationality of self-judgment by noting three things: Frist, the ego thinks it can judge us, yet the ego does not even know what we are going to have for lunch tomorrow, let alone what is in the best interest of the universe. Trust instead that God/Source and you have set up a perfect individualize sacred journey, and thus there is not a moment in it that is anything other than a gift. Second, give yourself a break by understanding that you made the best decision possible with the tools you had available to you at that time. Third, the ego would insist you made mistakes because you were not wise enough. Instead ask yourself, how many times have these so call ‘mistakes’ become some of my greatest lessons? And if these mistakes, by our learning from them, turned into wisdom, then were they even mistakes in the first place? Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
