Endure. So much meaning behind one little word. Meaning- suffer- (something painful or difficult patiently), remain in existence, last, abide, survive, continue, persist, persevere, remain, stay, durable, steadfast, unwavering, unfaltering, unchanging. To undergo hardship without giving in. To remain firm under suffering or misfortune without yielding. This summer and especially these past few weeks I have had to endure. Work has been constant with little time for family and friends. It has been lonely. People that I care about have suffered and lost much. I have wanted to take their suffering and pain away and fix the problem, but I cant. Sleep has been minimal and the weight of the burdens has almost been too much. I have wanted to hang my head, (did it), cry(did too many times to count) and give up. (Came close but did not) But God!!! But God would not let me. He wouldnt allow me to give up and give in. He has forced me to look up. His Word has reminded me that He has overcome the world. I am to fix my eyes on Him and not worry about circumstances. He is bigger than any problem. He is working everything together for good. That dirty word DEPENDENCE has come up time and again. Throw yourself on My shoulders Jesus says. Lean on me! I will walk with you through it. I have walked thru the valley of the shadow of death, and I have overcome! I am alive!! So ENDURE my friends, through whatever struggle that you are facing. It is NOT bigger than GOD. Remember, YOU ARE LOVED!!!!!!!
